SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Swiss law.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout or account creation, including your billing, shipping, and contact details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We take great care to present our creations accurately. However, product colours and textures may appear differently depending on your device and screen settings.
All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product at our discretion.
Our collections are handmade in Switzerland in limited quantities to ensure quality and sustainability.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Orders are confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive a confirmation email.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as cancellations may not be possible once processing begins.
All purchases are governed by our Return Policy.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF).
As a Swiss sole proprietorship not yet VAT-registered, prices do not include VAT.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment details, you represent that the information provided is valid and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
At present, we ship exclusively within Switzerland.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination or carrier. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider, risk of loss passes to the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or external circumstances beyond our control.
SECTION 6 — RETURNS
We currently accept returns within 14 days of delivery for orders shipped within Switzerland.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Custom-made, made-to-measure, or personalized items are non-returnable, as are sale items and gift cards.
We encourage conscious purchasing to help reduce unnecessary returns and our shared carbon footprint.

Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, photographs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials appearing on this website are the exclusive property of Hendrik Vermeulen and are protected under Swiss and international copyright and trademark laws.
No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or otherwise used without our prior written consent.
SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store uses trusted third-party providers, including Shopify, for hosting, payment processing, and analytics.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or tools beyond our control. Use of such services is at your own discretion and subject to their respective terms.

We make every effort to ensure accuracy and reliability of the information presented on our site. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or any site content are free from errors or omissions.
To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, Hendrik Vermeulen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
SECTION 11 — GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service and all related transactions are governed by Swiss law.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Valais, Switzerland, where the business is registered.
