Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want every Hendrik Vermeulen creation to bring joy and confidence to its wearer. As each piece is crafted with care and intention, we encourage mindful purchasing to help reduce unnecessary returns and our shared carbon footprint.

We currently offer returns within 14 days of delivery for orders shipped within Switzerland only. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at info@hendrikvermeulen.ch within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, we will provide the return details and instructions. Please note that unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

At this time, direct exchanges are not available. The quickest way to receive a new item is to return your original purchase once approved, and place a separate new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of their nature, we cannot accept returns on custom-made, made-to-measure, or personalized items, as well as sale items or gift cards.
If you have any doubts about sizing, fit, or fabric before ordering, we encourage you to contact us — we’re happy to assist before your purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.

Shipping Regions

At present, we only ship within Switzerland.
